Your 14-day right to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and we'll refund you in full - including the basic outbound delivery cost - except where the note below applies. You then have 14 days to send the items back; you cover the cost of return postage to the UK, unless a part arrived faulty or damaged (see below). Email us first, with your order number: returns@wristbuilt.com
Please note: if the original packaging has been opened or parts are missing, we will reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value. This also applies to the Tool Kit. A kit that has been part built can't be refunded - see below.
Once a build has started
A kit that has been part built or fully built can't be returned or refunded. That includes any part that has been assembled, fitted, sized, or otherwise altered - the watch on your wrist is now genuinely yours. If a part arrived faulty or damaged, see below.
Faulty or damaged parts
We take time to check the products before dispatch. In the unlikely event that a part arrives damaged, or is faulty or missing, please contact us straightaway. Within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a replacement for that part, or a refund. Email us first, with your order number and a photo of the issue: returns@wristbuilt.com. We will cover return postage.
How to start a return
Please don't post anything to our business address before you've emailed us with your order number and details of what you'd like to return. We'll send return instructions and refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back. Email: returns@wristbuilt.com
