Every order ships from the UK. Everything on the site is currently a pre-order while we build up that UK stock, so read the dispatch window below before you order.
Every order right now is a pre-order
We dispatch from the UK within 75 days of you placing your order. Royal Mail's delivery time to your address comes on top of that, and depends on where you are.
Pre-orders are limited to 3 of each watch per order. Orders are limited to 3 tool kits. Orders are limited to 3 of each tool.
We ship to 221 countries and territories - the country list at checkout is the full set. We're not shipping to the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam or Canada right now.
Overseas territories are listed under their own name - Réunion, Guadeloupe, Greenland, New Caledonia and so on - each at the price Royal Mail charges for it. The Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira and Corsica are priced with Spain, Portugal and France.
Shipping cost
Shipping is charged once per order, by destination and by weight. Your exact figure is worked out at checkout from the country you're sending it to, and shown to you before you pay.
Tracking
Every order is sent tracked. To the UK and most countries it's tracked to your door; to a few, it's tracked as far as Royal Mail's network reaches - checkout tells you which applies to your country. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 14 working days, email support@wristbuilt.com and we'll look into it.
