Every order ships from the UK. Everything on the site is currently a pre-order while we build up that UK stock, so read the dispatch window below before you order.

We dispatch from the UK within 75 days of you placing your order. Courier transit to your address is on top of that, and depends on where you are.

One charge per order, worked out from where it’s going and how much it weighs - bigger orders step up through Royal Mail’s weight bands. Your exact figure is worked out at checkout from the country you’re sending it to, before you pay. The delivery aims are Royal Mail’s own, counted from the day we dispatch, and aren’t guaranteed - customs can add time outside the UK.

We ship to 225 countries and territories - the country list in the checkout address form is the full set. The exceptions are Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Somalia, Venezuela, Yemen, Palestinian Territories and Israel, which we don’t ship to.
Overseas territories are listed under their own name - Réunion, Guadeloupe, Greenland, Puerto Rico and so on - and priced by where they are, not by the country that governs them. The Canary Islands, Azores and Madeira are priced with Spain and Portugal.
Dispatch times
Every order is a pre-order and ships from the UK. We dispatch within 75 days of you placing your order. How long the parcel then takes to reach you depends on the courier and where you are, so that time is on top of the dispatch window.
Shipping cost
Shipping is charged once per order, by destination and by weight - the table above shows the cost for one kit and for a kit with the tool kit, and a bigger order steps up through Royal Mail's weight bands. Your exact figure is worked out at checkout from the country you're sending it to, and shown to you before you pay.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking once dispatched. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 14 business days, email support@wristbuilt.com and we'll look into it.
